I am the face behind Journey Home.

I started my healing journey when I was 18 and decided to travel to Bali, Indonesia to complete my first 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. After my training I felt too nervous to teach, assuming I would not be good enough because I did not know enough. So, I didn’t teach for a year, except for one time in Switzerland. I convinced myself that in order to teach I needed to complete a 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training. I wanted to become the teacher I had always needed - and something in me knew I would find my next steps in Rishikesh, India where I completed my 300hr YTT. I was humbled and honoured to be there and my teachers were helping me to see my purpose in becoming my own teacher. That training taught me how to cultivate my own power and inner confidence to take me through the duality of life. I dedicated my time to teaching mindfulness, I continued to be a student of breathwork, sound healing, massage, astrology and over time my tool box of wellness began to grow.

Through my time traveling I completed a Thai Massage course, Facilitator training, learned Sound Healing, and received a scholarship to study Prenatal Yoga at a birthing house in Uganda. Prenatal care is something I am deeply passionate about and completed my Labour Doula training shortly after Uganda. I weave these teachings throughout my Prenatal massages.

My passion for holistic healing grew as I followed my instincts to massage college and obtained my diploma from the Ontario College of Health and Technology. I also studied Prenatal massage. I became a Registered Massage Therapist June 1st 2021. I love to rehabilitate injuries and promote relaxation. I love to show people how good our bodies are designed to feel and remind society that we do not need to live in pain. We can heal.

Through my journey back home to my heart - remembering who I am and why I came into this life, I stumbled upon my greatest tool for self development; Astrology. After learning we are more than our one Zodiac sign, I became obsessed with studying the evolutionary side of Astrology. I studied online at the University of Astrology and I mentored under my personal Astrologer until I felt confident in my ability to read and interpret the wisdom of the cosmos.

I have taken the tools I have used to heal myself and combined them into a business of optimal wellness. I offer massage to rid the body of pain, astrology to rid the mind of doubt, and sound healing to rid the soul of blocks. My mission is to create and hold a safe space for the deepest of healing work to conspire. Come with me. On the journey, home.
